Global Change Research Program (GCRP)

The term 'Global Change Research Program (GCRP)' as it applies to the area of Earth observation can be defined as ' The USGCRP is a government-wide program whose goal is 'to establish a scientific basis for national and international policy-making relating to natural and human-induced changes in the global Earth system.' The Earth Science Enterprise is NASA's central contribution to the U.S. Global Change Research Program'.
